Refund policy

We have implemented a 14-day Exchange/Store Credit policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit. Please note that we do not offer refunds.

Store credit issued by Repton Uniforms will be valid for a period of one year from the date of issuance.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, unworn, and with all tags attached. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, simply log in to your account and select the item you wish to return. Once your return request is approved, we will either provide you with a return shipping label or you can opt to drop off the items at the nearest uniform store. Kindly note that we cannot accept any items sent back to us without a prior return request.

Online purchases can be returned directly to any Repton Uniform Store. Additionally, returns from any source can be processed at any of our Repton Uniform Store locations.

Please thoroughly inspect your order upon delivery and promptly inform us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the issue and rectify it promptly.

Certain items are not eligible for return, such as custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).

If you wish to expedite the process and ensure that you receive your desired item promptly, we recommend returning the item you have, and once the return is approved, making a separate purchase for the new item using the store credit voucher sent to you via email.
